We were very fortunate to be invited by MK Lightning to take part in a stick and puck session and to meet the Minister of Sport, Tracey Crouch. The children looked very smart in their T-shirts and demonstrated some fantastic skills whilst on the ice.

We were able to go to the MK Lightning changing room where we met Lightning players and asked lots of questions. We were very interested to find out how long they had been playing for and for how many hours they train each week!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are very grateful to MK Lightning for providing the opportunity.
