  • The Great BVS Exhibition

    This week has been our Spring Term Creative Week and we have been focusing on Art and Design and Technology. Each Year Group has been studying a continent and looking at a variety of countries. Year 3 have chosen Asia and concentrated on Japan, Year 4 Europe particularly Scandinavia, Year 5 Africa and Year 6 Oceania.

    This term’s Creative Week has an historical theme. Throughout the week the children have been investigating the past. In order to capture a glimpse of days gone by we have enlisted the help of the renowned Time Traveller, Dr Who, who, accompanied by his glamorous assistant, Alana, has been touring BVS to find exactly what has been going on.

  • Cross Country

    Saturday 8th November saw our Cross Country Team depart to the MK Bowl to see if their training had paid off. At 9am there was some doubt whether the event would take place; the heavens had opened but by 10am the sun was peeping through the clouds. Unfortunately The Bowl resembled a sea of mud!
