Carols Around the Christmas Tree

Last Wednesday saw our first ever outside Christmas Carol Concert. The weather was kind for us. Although cold, the night was clear and the stars twinkling.

The Manager at Martins the Greengrocers on Heelands provided us with a Christmas tree. Our Choir was trained by Mrs Muriel Moffoot and Mr David Rose came to accompany the singers on keyboard.

Mulled wine, spiced fruit juice and mince pies sustained the audience and the children sang beautifully. It was a very atmospheric evening and we had some wonderful feedback from parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
